Born the eldest of six from a loving Wisconsin family, Gigi learned the art of hospitality at a young age by helping with simple home tasks and thrived when this included good food and entertaining. Her passion for travel and culture has taken her to Mexico/Central America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Hawaii- where she settled for a decade. On Maui, her strong work ethic enabled her to assist as a private Sous Chef and Server, refining her skills as Mixologist, Pairing Enthusiast and perfecting the presentation of service to tailor the needs of each guest.
